Betty's Bar

I know most people hit up R Bar before a Jackets game, but for me, Betty's is THE spot to pre game and post game. Hell, even during the game if you don't have tickets! We need more places like this in the world. Found myself here many, many times and have always had an absolute blast!

This is a great dive bar before or after a Crew soccer match. Many supporters make their way here to grab a beer or bucket, and get pumped up before a match. After the game, stop for a beer or bathroom break and let all the traffic thin out. No stress while having a cold one and discussing the finer points of another Crew victory!

Review update: Betty's is still the best bar in Columbus. You really can't ask for a better bar. Great place to stop in before/after a hockey or baseball game, or whenever they are open. The hours sign says "open when i get here, closed when i leave" and it is true. The hours end up being a little wonky because of this. Alcohol is very reasonably priced. The food is reasonably priced and phenomenal. Mostly bar bites, such as burgers and fries.

The bartender are efficient and friendly. The burgers are great!

Wonderful food! The atmosphere is a vibe for sure and it was nice to take myself out here, great people and good energy! Definitely coming back. I recommend the Philly cheese steak! That was my #1 and it was so good

Great drive bar with good drink prices. We go here before clipper baseball games. Thursday they may have thong Thursday so beware if with kids and that is not your thing.

A reliable hole-in-the-wall bar for pregame and postgame food and beer. Cans and bottles only, no draft beer, moderate liquor selection as well. Small but reliable food menu. I got the Betty’s burger and was very pleased.
